Dispatch, delivery, bulky freight, Australian checkout, and separately agreed New Zealand shipping.

Overview

Effective date: 19 June 2026 Trailworks Pty Ltd (ABN 52 691 737 229) Contact: sales@trailworks.com.au

This policy explains processing, dispatch, freight, delivery and collection for direct Trailworks purchases. It does not limit non-excludable rights under Australian or applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Where We Deliver Online checkout currently accepts Australian delivery addresses only. Delivery availability may vary for remote locations, islands, mine sites, PO boxes, parcel lockers and bulky-freight destinations.

New Zealand or other international delivery is available only where Trailworks provides and accepts a written quote or other written agreement before payment. The website does not presently calculate New Zealand freight, GST, customs or import charges.

Prices And Shipping Charges Website and checkout amounts are in Australian dollars. Australian prices include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout or stated in a written quote before the order is accepted.

If a freight calculation is materially wrong or the selected service cannot safely carry the goods, we will contact you before dispatch. We will not impose an undisclosed mandatory charge after forming the contract; if no reasonable alternative is agreed, either party may cancel the affected order and Trailworks will refund amounts paid for it.

Processing And Dispatch Processing and dispatch estimates depend on stock, payment clearance, packaging, freight capacity and whether goods are standard, special-order, custom or made to order. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.

A stated date is an estimate unless Trailworks expressly confirms it as guaranteed. We will provide an updated estimate if a material delay becomes known. Nothing in this section removes a right to cancel or obtain another remedy where goods are not supplied within an agreed or legally reasonable time.

Bulky Freight And Site Access Large goods may require a commercial address, depot collection, forklift, tail-lift, scheduled delivery or assistance unloading. Before dispatch, tell us about access restrictions, weight limits, stairs, narrow roads, residential restrictions and unloading needs.

Any mandatory bulky-freight service or surcharge will be disclosed and agreed before dispatch. The customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery, storage or rebooking costs caused by incorrect information or unavailable access, unless Trailworks or the carrier caused the issue.

Delivery Details And Tracking Provide an accurate name, address, email, phone number and access instructions. Contact us promptly if details need changing; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Where available, tracking is supplied after dispatch. Carrier scans are indicative and can be delayed. Trailworks remains responsible for meeting its obligations as seller and will reasonably assist with carrier investigations.

Delivery And Authority To Leave Delivery occurs when the goods are delivered to the agreed address, recipient, safe place or collection point in accordance with the chosen service and applicable law. If you expressly authorise unattended delivery, risk may pass when the carrier completes that instruction, but this does not exclude liability for Trailworks' breach, carrier mishandling before delivery, or rights that cannot be excluded.

Pickup Pickup is available only when confirmed by Trailworks. Wait for a ready-for-collection notice before attending. We may require order details and identification, and may record the name of the collecting person for fraud prevention and proof of collection.

Split Shipments We may split an order where items have different lead times, origins or freight requirements. We will not increase the total agreed delivery charge solely because we choose to split the shipment. Separate tracking may be issued.

Australian Consumer Rights If goods are not delivered within an agreed or reasonable time, arrive damaged, are incorrect, or fail a consumer guarantee, contact Trailworks. Remedies may include completing delivery, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation depending on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law.

New Zealand Deliveries For an agreed sale delivered to a consumer in New Zealand, rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 may apply and cannot be excluded where the law prohibits exclusion.

The written quote or checkout confirmation will state whether Trailworks collects New Zealand GST and any known freight or import charges. Unless the quote says Trailworks will pay them, the recipient is responsible for destination customs duties, import GST, brokerage and clearance charges lawfully imposed on import. We will not describe a charge as included if it is not included.

Damaged, Missing Or Incorrect Goods Inspect goods as soon as reasonably practical. If there is a problem, email sales@trailworks.com.au with the order number, description and useful photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. Keep packaging where safe and practical until we advise next steps.

Prompt notice assists a freight claim, but no short reporting deadline removes statutory rights. Do not install or modify an incorrect or visibly damaged product where doing so could worsen damage or create a safety risk.
